If I was TO I would fire my agent. There is nothing he can do about this trade. Him and his agent screwed up. You can't blame the 49'ers. The only thing the Eagles offered for TO was Thrash and a 5th rounder. Screw the Eagles. TO belongs to the Ravens now. The Ravens offered their 2nd rounder. The 49'ers went with the Baltimore trade because it was better than what the Eagles offered. Again TO is running his mouth. He should ask the Eagles why they don't think he is worth their 1st rounder.

Too bad TO really WASN'T a free agent. If he and his agent had followed the rules properly then he, and not the 9'ers, would have had control of his destiny. But he and his agent blew it and the 9'ers have to do what is best for the 9'ers, not what is best for TO.

TO and his agent are supposed to look after themselves and they lost that perogative when they forgot to file the paperwork.

Normally I have no problem with the athletes wanting to get paid more and even understand when many of them hold out. But he is getting what he deserves.

If T.O. had had his way, we might have been facing him twice a year (with the Eagles). As it stands, I like things just as they turned out! :D

i would have canned my agent the second i found out he forgot to file the papers that would have voided my contract.for him to forget that little detail on something he himself would have made boatlands of money off of is just flat out stupid.TO has acted like a spoiled brat the last few years, now it's time for him to be punished.

I hope the bastich stays on the bench for the year - not because I hate him, but because I don't want to have him playing with anyone we have to face :)

I would be pretty mad if I was TO too, but in this case he reaped what he sewed (how is that spelled...) His agent messed up and he's going to pay for it. If I was a Ravens fan I would be absolutely pissed. Hearing Billick talking trade though makes me think the Eagles have submitted some interest...

He is the biggest cry baby. He could have been a free agent, thus avoiding this whole situation. He has no one to blame but his agent and himself.

They still didn't win anything. Maybe his attitude prevented them from going any further. He is not exactly a team player

it,s a messy deal that the agent scewed up.
so all i have to say is opppps.if i were the niners i would say no thanks to the eagles too.a second round is alot better than what the eagles offer was.
