Moss would like a new start and has given the Vikings a list of a few teams he would be willing to play for. Vikings coach Mike Tice has made repeated attempts to appease Moss during Tice's two years in charge, but Moss is believed to be unhappy with team management and the offensive game plans.

i can't see it. didn't he get like 18 mil to sign just 2 years ago? that would be like 15 mil in dead cap money if minn were to trade or release him.

the vikes are about a billion dollars under tha cap, i doubt they're concerned with moss' contract. if he stays, even an unhappy randy moss is better than most receivers out there.

Baltimore....Cardnals.....Cowboys.....and who ever can afford him.

Hey man we couldnt see Clinton coming here. Remember when I asked you 666, about Clinton coming over 1 and half ago??

We will see. Two decent receivers can be more effective than one superstar. Depending on what angle you look at it.

The money issue is heavy though.

That is dead money but it would only handicap them for one year and then they can do anything they want with 15 million freeing up.

i would believe it.. they would be losing a major reciever but they also have a great running game, a trade like that might provide the right pieces for them to be a real contender.. and i believe theyre real desperate after that i guess u could say "heartbreaking" end to a 6-0 start... i wouldnt have felt good to be a vikes fan.. but i'd feel worse losing randy

his contract numbers are mentioned in that article, it would be a 13.5 million dollar cap hit to unload moss. even after june 1, it would be 6.75 mil this year, and 6.75 next year.
