My problem is not Zorn. My problem is our organization exudes incompetence. It has been "wait and see" for like 8 years now. Do you think Snyder has a long term plan with Zorn or is this a quick fix.

I think what you really mean to say is
Coaches under Bill Walsh who became successful! Also Holmgren and Gruden both won Superbowls. Andy Reid has fielded some pretty good eagles teams over the years as well. The Mooch was ok.
They all come from the west coast offense family made famous in the 80s by the 49ers Dynasty.

Good look.
Change hurts but we can at least give him a chance...as someone else mentioned. We shouldn't be so quick to pass judgment. (except on Fassel...LOL)

Like many of you, I too wanted to see GW stay as the HC. That didn't happen. Honestly.... Wasn't too impressed with the other choices either. But I say give Zorn a chance. If anybody remembers history well enough(and if you don't, check out the history section)when Joe Gibbs was first brought in, he was only the OC for the Chargers. Seems to me that turned out pretty good. Also when I say give him a chance, I mean give him a chance! I know there's enough of you out there, like myself who remember the begining of that year! He and then GM Casserly were called to Mr. Cooke's(and I will call him Mr. Cooke-R.I.P)home THREE times!!!!!!! He was furious. So..... Once again..... Let's give him a chance.
