Were those interviews a sham?

Is it possible that Snyder held 18 hours interviews not because he wanted to hire a coach but because he wanted a "crash course" on running a franchise? Think about it, what could you possibly be talking about for 8 hours two days in a row. Snyder was picking the best potential coaches minds because he wanted to know how it was done. He had no intention of hiring any of those dudes. He picked the associate coaches according to the collective info given to him by said coaches. Now he is trying to find out what it takes to hire a coach who doesn't have prior "superstar" cred. Now I hear that all of the owners of the Redskins have been involved with the process. That is great now we have several idiots who don't what they are doing, trying their hardest to get it "wrong".

I think your conclusion is a reach towards impossible even for Dan Synder.

Reports say that Fassel, Meeks, and Marriuci hasn't even been contacted as of 4pm today. What else could he be doing other than trying to find another coach?

All I am saying is if he hires someone other than the three i mentioned, you can best believe the plan has changed like 20 times since Joe Gibbs retired.
