Where a much better team than them, and the officials just went ahead and bs us out.I mean come on? a dead ball when the person touched it?.Its ok Seattle is a piece of crap team just like the fans and yes im mad because this is the same team that went ahead and talk garbage about Taylor and smiled about his death.Landry has adjusted very well in the wild card.

But mark my word Shehawks this is not the end of the Redskin .....O no its not.If where gonna play for the 3rd straight year at your 12th man BS house than beat it.Well go in there as a stronger faster team that you well question your self ""are we on there level''.

Amazing they cheat us out so bad and im frustrated that see that.

I guess every forum does have a jerk :( How exactly did the ref's screw you? What about the fumble they screwed us out of in the first half that would of made it first and goal for us. There was also some very questionable Pass Int. calls. Talk to me about getting screwed when you lose a superbowl because of it. I'm also not sure how you think your team is better? Your offense was inept nearly the whole game except for a 5 minute period in the 4th.

I feel your pain, but I don't know what your trying to say regarding the kick-off. Had the Seahawks player touched the ball we could have ran it in for a td. He obviously didn't touch it, how unlikely that is. I don't think the refs played a role at all in todays game.

Nobody cheated us out of anything. The Seahawks were more physical than us. To borrow a cliche from Coach Gibbs, our guys fought their guts out but in the end it wasn't enough. If we take anything from today's game, it's the importance of playing well all season and not just in December because playing at home is a huge advantage.

You think Trufant's gonna leave? He was born and rasied about 20 minutes from Seattle. Nowaday's very few players choose to leave Seattle. We do great in free agency, have great fans and an outstanding front office.

P.S. I don't want to talk about hutch. Just like A-Rod he took the money and ran and will never be a winner because of it.

I can't take anything away from Seattle. I didn't see any referee bias. It started early when they dominated the field position. We fought hard and gave it a good run in the 4th quarter. We didn't finish the job and they did. Just shake their hands and say good job, see ya next year.

Portiz,

I try not to talk down to people. I know what I am about to say might should be in smack, but Please just shut up. The refs called a really good game. We just got beat. We did not capitalize on the kickoff turnover. We did not capitalize on Laron's second pick. We got beat. Stop talking trash. Your argument is unfounded. When were they laughing about Taylor? I didn't see that anywhere. Just shut up. I am tired of the arrogant, unfounded, impossible to read arguments of yours that we have had to put up with all season.

That being said, HAIL TO THE REDSKINS!!

You have confused a bunch of classless fans on a message board with the team. I never heard any players talking bad about ST.

I agree. The Seahawk organization in general and players specifically are very classy, especially since they got rid of Jerramy Stevens ;)

I'm usually the first to point out biased officiating; I was at the game today and noticed a few bad calls that seemed to balance out and did not affect the outcome of the game. The Seahawks deserved the victory that Suisham's miss and Collins' INTs sealed for them.

All I read out of that, was:

I'm bitter. I don't what I'm talking about. I seek to dishonor the name and honor of Redskin fans.

100% embarrassing to Redskin fans everywhere. On behalf of the burgundy and gold faithful that DO have the sense and maturity to take a loss like a man - I apologize.

We got beat... plain and simple.

They out-played us.

The better team on the day - won.

Man up.

My 2 cents

We just need to take care of business and win our division during the season; then someone will have to come to our house. That said its' going to be tough to do and we need help. Shawn Springs was used and abused; nobody knew how old he was like holmgren; and I'm sure Mike told his QB and recievers 'hey if they start Springs we'll take'em.'

I don't think Springs played that badly. They got the one 30 yarder when they caught him looking to jump the route inside and threw over the top, but everything else he seemed to be in position. Prioleau is the one that hurt us, just like in Dallas.

Is Seattle better than us?

I'm not sure.

Reverse roles for a moment. Put the Redskins in the NFC West, playing a cake schedule, cruising to the division title against the worst division in the NFL, clinching their playoff position with several weeks left in the regular season and then taking it easy in preparation for yesterday's game.

And put the Seahawks in the NFC East. By far the toughest of the 4 NFC divisions (it has produced all 4 NFC Wild Card teams over the past 2 seasons) and they would have to fight for 17 weeks to get in as a wild card.

Now send the Seahawks across the country to our home field, exhausted from a draining December, and dealing with a litany of injuries at key positions.

Who wins that game? Honestly, I think the Redskins do.

They beat us yesterday, not because of the refs, but in large part because of all these circumstances I just mentioned.

I think Seattle is a good team but I don't see them as being any better than the Redskins are.

It was a good, close game. It got away from us at the end, but we have nothing to hang our heads about. If we could have converted that touchdown after the fumble on the kickoff it might have been different and we wouldn't have had to press at the end, which lead to the mistakes. But we didn't, they won, and this season was a great step forward. And we have so many players coming back next year, it's like having an extra half dozen draft picks!

The Seahawks were the better team yesterday. Suisham's missed FG a TC's INTs (which were on desperation throws) are not to blame for our loss. How many points did we get off three Seattle turnovers (2 INTs and the muffed KO)?

The Skins played well to come back from 13 down. Collin's stood in there with Kerney being all over him through the first half, but we didn't score until Seattle changed their defensive tactics in the second half. We couldn't match up yesterday, but we didn't choke. The score was not indicative of the contest.

Let's see how Seahawks fair at Lambeau....

I gotta admit, I was confused.

Maybe it was all the beer, but can someone explain to me how Anthony Mix didn't have a touchdown? I thought that if the ball hit an opposing player it was a live ball and therefor, returnable?

I'm also confused why Landry's INT for a touchdown was called back, but even more confused as to why we didn't challenge it.

I'm not trying to take anything away from Seattle, we did not play well, and that's why we lost the game. If we had played better, we would've overcome any kind of ridiculous calls by the refs, but those two still have me scratching my head.

Apparently you can't advance the ball like Mix did, and I don't really know why either.

As for Landry, it looked pretty clear that he got touched while coming down, at least to me.

It wasnt any ones fault but the OL .The OL hasnt given us one game at all without allowing one sack all year. And we let that happen every game.So blaim the OL for this one.TC did a good job and if he had time we would of surely won cause the O couldnt get or stay on the field for alot of time and the D got tired. But the OL well be back by next year.

Because you can't advance an onside kick. Even though we kicked it deep and didn't line up in the typical onside kick formation, what resulted was basically an onside kick. Therefore we took possession at the spot where Mix first gained possession of the ball. If the Seattle defender had touched the ball then Mix would have been able to score a td.

As for the Landry int, he was touched while falling to the ground as was therefore down by contact.

We killed our selves in this game.We where the better team but we didnt show it like all the other games we choked. The OL killed us this whole season and I cant say Kerney is a fluke but 3 guys cant even hold him is horrible.

Seattle would have to establish possession from my understanding, not just touch it. In other words, they have to fumble it, not just touch it.
