Thanks for the heads up. Not that I need it but I just hope that the 'Boys rest some guys. I don't see it happening but it sure would be nice. The biggest element next very well could be the crowd participation.
GO SKINS!!!!

Is it a consesus that if we get in our first game will be in Seattle? I hope not because that place is darn near impossible to win in, they control tempo and get a jump on every defense.

I may head up that way if we get in. Hard to get tickets though.

Well we know T.O. is out, so...what more could we ask for?
XD Haha, throw in Romo and we'll be in good shape.

That's 100% locked now.
In fact, all the seeds 1-5 are locked in -- DAL, GB, SEA, TB and NYG.
WSH, as the #6, would play at #3 SEA in the first round.

They are not that good even though they have a decent running game. The only thing that worries me is their pass rush. Outside of that, the next biggest scare is the crowd and the elements.

Better them than a place like Green Bay, I would say.

Our lack of pass rush hurts us in Seattle; God we need some DE's.

If we win vs Dallas, which day would be more probable for the SKINS to play Seattle, Saturday or Sunday?

The Redskins are in if they win next week. But if I understand correctly, the Redskins are in no matter what if BOTH the Vikings and the Saints lose. Is that right?
The Redskins play the night game. The results from the Vikings and the Saints will be in before the game even starts. So next week might be a meaningless game for both the Cowboys and the Redskins, right?
We might have a chance to rest our starters after all, but we won't know until late Sunday afternoon.
I think it is an advantage to play the night game, the last game of the regular season, on a night when we control our destiny and we get to play after all the other games have been played.
Hail Redskins.

I live in Seattle, and I was at the last playoff game here. The fans can occasionally be loud, but are much softer in general than NFC East fans.
With regards to the SeaChickens, this year's team is nowhere near as talented as 2005's NFC Championship team.
Offensively, they're the exact opposite of Minnesota: an excellent passing game without a threatening running game. Their best big-play receiver, DJ Hackett, may also miss the first playoff game with a high ankle sprain.
They are a solid defensive club, but play in a horrific division and haven't really been tested this year.
I know this is all cart-before-the-horse, but I'd love to see a payback game in the Northwest in a couple of weeks....

IF we beat the pukes and if we play Seattle - it won't matter where the game is or what the coditions are - we will win - we even should be favored no matter who we play

We will beat the pukes no matter who they show up with on the field OR in the stands
we are playing like a team that wants it - we are playing well together and with a lot of momentum - these guys are taking away the other teams strengths and playing Joe Gibbs style football in December
