The black sticker on Tom Brady's helmet looks like a 91 instead of 21. Anyone else see this? Maybe I saw it wrong.

I'm hoping it was "21", or else he deserves to lose his head. Not that I'd wish an injury on any player, even a pampered darling who ran up the score on the Redskins.
I just hope Brady has some class. The all-pro voters certainly did.

They just explained that 91 was for a player the Patriots lost in the offseason. That's what I think I heard as the kids are a little rowdy in my living room tonight...x-mas is coming.

Pats stopped wearing the black 21 on their helmet for two weeks now.
As classless as their coach.

It's understanding that they want to memorialize a fallen player of their own but why would they do it now (their player died last spring) and with the same type sticker as used for Taylor? Just seems tasteless.

This was talked about in other threads over the last few weeks.

The NFL only required teams to wear the 21 decal for 1 week, after that it was optional.

They've worn the sticker all season long. And the Broncos are doing the same for Darrent Williams and Damien Nash. I honestly don't see why they wouldn't wear them all season long.
And like RIC said, the Pats stopped wearing the 21 sticker for two weeks. I'm surprised if Vince Wilfork stopped wearing his, considering he played with Sean at Miami.
