Man, we got our faces kicked in. Brady in that shotgun all game should almost be illegal, man. We needed Anthony Henry healthy to have a prayer in this one. Reeves just gets exploited by every team with a clue and our safeties are of course mediocre at best in pass coverage. They kept getting Reeves caught out there and Welker on freaking linebackers. We had a shot when we went up 24-21 but simply could never come close to stopping them all day long.

Gotta give it up to New England. They showed us a thing or two about what it's gonna take to get back to the elite. At least with the Skins losing, we didn't give up the division lead, so I'm happy.

It's ridiculous how good their offense is. Ridiculous.

Hey did TO scream at Romo yesterday?

I predict we will beat the Pats. We actually have a secondary. Now our offense is the real key to us beating the Pats. For I feel we can at least slow down the Pats.

Yes... our defense matches up very well against the Pats, and is certainly capable of holding them to a dull roar. The problem is, our Offense... which one will show up? The Pats have an excellent Defense to go with their O, in case you haven't noticed...

The key, as it applies to any Redskins opponent, will be how the Skins offense plays. We were able to do some things against them, but we neglected to committ to the run game and sustain long drives to wear their d-line and linebackers down like we've been able to most of the season. We ran for over 6 yards per carry, but only ran it 15 times. On defense, Pats had us so twisted up with their passing game that come the 2nd half, we couldn't stop pass or run. 28 freakin first downs (to 13).

If we can get some guys back on our oline then we have a chance. Our secondary matches up very well against their receivers and Moss has had trouble against Sean Taylor in the past. But if Rabach and Wade can't go then I'm scared to think what our offense is going to look like against a Bill Belichick defense.
