TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. -- The body of George Gipp, the Notre Dame football player who inspired the rallying cry "Win one for the Gipper," was exhumed recently for DNA testing in his Upper Peninsula hometown.

Notre Dame needs to exhume its football program from the dead, not its football players. :P

Bad choice of words. :P I have a feeling it is so someone can either prove or disprove relation to George Gipp.
