Hi guys, I'm trying to get tickets for the Dallas Skins game Dec. 30th. I'm not asking for tickets but I've never been to FedEx Field so i don't know about the whole obstructed view thing/what seats are really a good bang for your buck. I had narrowed it down between 238 row 2 and 220 row 18. Any thoughts on what would be better between the 2? If someone could also explain how "obstructed" obstructed is that would be really appreciated.

Thanks

I would say to avoid anything that says "Obstructed View". It could be so obstructed that all you'll see is the fans on the other side. Go with Section 220 if you ask me. Section 238 is a corner.

Almost forgot, you can see the seat locations here:

Obstructions start in the 200 level past row 14. I would go with sec 238. There will not be any obstruction in that row.

What's odd is that the blow up images of the seating indicate that neither view is obstructed. :?

pictures are deceiving. 200 level seats past row 12 or so are really bad. Row 2 will be a nice view. If they're the same cost... there's no comparison.

They take the pictures of each section from the 1st several rows which will show the best veiw from that section. You don't think that the Danny would show a view from behind a pillar do you?

No, and I haven't been to FedEx in quite a while. I think the only view from behind a pillar that the Danny would show is one of Vinnie Cerrato. Oh, nevermind. That view would be on a pillar.

There are pictures here from the OV seats. You'll have to do a search to find them, but they look plenty bad. You could just use them to get in the door, and try to find an empty seat somewhere else, but for the Pie game that may not be so easy.

The only thing that'll be obstructing your view of the Skins will be the Cowboys. And enjoy the view around the stadium, as there will be plenty of Cowboys fans to drown out the silence of the loser Redskin fans. We're gonna have the whole stadium puking up 5-day old Christmas HOG.

I was guessing it would take you a bit longer than this to violate the forum rules but I overestimated you. Your post has nothing to do with the topic at-hand, it's simply an attempt to bait, aka flaming. Consider this the first warning.
