Good question, this VA resident is interested in knowing that as well.
I know of Grevey's in Falls Church, and the Cinema and Draft House in Arlington, VA.
Any other suggestions from people that have had good experiences at "Redskins"-viewing bars/locales?

This is the MOST often used name for a town/city in the whole of the USA. It is a good trivia question that allowed me to win a competition one time.
I guess it has to do with nice flowers and birds.

I haven't been there in many years because the military shuffle has moved me numerous times since 1991. I hope someone else here can answer your question. It always used to be packed.

I haven't been there on a Skins game day, so I couldn't tell ya. I did go the drafthouse a couple of times for games, and it's a great environment, unless you have a real problem with others smoking (only reason my wife and I find it hard to go back). Lots of young people, and a great place to hang out.
