It was nice to see us finally use Chris ey yesterday. I truly believe he is the difference maker on offense. He hardly ever drops a ball and is a total mismatch with most linebackers. He also runs hard and gets yards after the catch. We have to find ways to get him the ball in the flats or over the middle. Do you guys agree that its a must that he gets the right amount of touches each week?

Finally use him? While I agree that we need to get the ball to him as often as possible, I think they've utilized ey on a frequent basis as the game dictates. I recall him catching 3 TD's against the Cowdung's two years ago, and having a few really good games last year as well. I think one of the changes we'll see this year is that they use ey a lot more over the middle, as they did on that 29 yard pass. I remember Tony Gonzales catching myriad passes over the middle when Saunders was in K.C., so I think they're starting to branch out on ey's assignments.

Can you believe they waited sooooo long to use him? I was starting to think he wasn't going to get any catches this year at all.

I think ey was a big part of the "O" since we drafted him. He should shine this year even more with his contract looming.
