Bethel Johnson to Texans...does that mean...

With the Houston Texans signing WR Bethel Johnson, does that open the door for the Keenan McCardell to the Redskins talks to start back up? I would really like to see him here and he would greatly help bring a role of leadership to a young core group or WRs.
