The-Hogs.net - Washington Football Discussion, Redskins to Commanders Era

The NFL Network on Sirius Radio has been mentioning the last few days that the Detroit Lions and the Washington Redskins had the most input on the Pro day workout at the end of last week for Calvin Johnson. They are also saying that the Redskins had the most personnel at the workout, including owner Daniel Snyder. Is there anything that should be read into this? They can’t be thinking that he would fall to their pick, can they? I cannot think of any trade scenario that would work to trade up because we have no mid-round draft picks this year and any trade involving players would probably hurt their cap too much.
