What I think he is doing and what I hope he is doing are two different things...
I think he is sitting in his office with phones going all around him, talking back and forth with many agents and the team-execs on Redskins One.
I hope he's punching himself in the face for failing, with the help of his mediocre at-best staff, to sign Derrick Dockery.

Resigning Dock would be a super classy move for this team. We are going to have to give him 12mil but what are we going to pay for other guys? About the same. Make it happen Danny.

That's a myth, he's actually doing it so he can charge kids adult prices.

i find this kind of funny. i read that the skins offered dockery a 10m bonus, same as the other o linemen and when he goes somewhere else for more money the skins are a classless organization for letting their own go. but when new england does this (and on a pretty regular basis) they are one of the best organizations in football. i realize that you want to keep your talent that you invested all your time, money, and effort into but if they are asking for way too much money then you just have to let them go. i dont think that the team and, for the most part, the posters here think that dockery was worth the contract that he got from buffalo
