Wow, this is perfect. I despise Phillips, and now he coaches the team I despise! Woo hoo!
If I were a cowboy fan, I'm not sure I'd be very happy right now. Phillips doesn't really have a great history of success. He very well may destroy whatever momentum Parcells had created.

Bully for the Cowgirls. This is clearly a temporary choice to try and get a big name next year.

No question about it! Ha! This guy sucks and is a wuss. Can't wait to see TO go... well... all "TO" on him. The Cows are gonna suck next year. I love it!

I predict all 4 NFC East teams will be in the top third (14) of the NFL this year.

Can't believe that Phillips would be a long term appointment. Perhaps he's lining up a move for Spurrier next year?

I like this Phillips guy! But in a way I'm dissappointed.........I just really wanted them to choose Norv Turner!
Oh well, Wade Phillips is almost as good!

Yeah me too. Watching Turner try to control Terrell Owens would be freaking hilarious.

My bad - I meant that the NFC East teams would be in the top 12 teams and just screwed up the math. May be a bit of an exageration but it's just for fun right?
I would rather have seen Turner - this guy will help that team - I really think this guy can make that team better defensively and that is a bit of a worry
I would not be surprised to see the Redskins and the pukes in the playoffs and cannot see much of a drop off with the Eagles. The NY boys will have the most difficult road but should still do well although I have very little confidence in Manning and IMO that coach is a mistake for that team.
I would hognosticate the Redskins and pukes in the top 8 the Eagles in the top 10 (maybe 12) and the NY boys about 12 - 15
