It sounds from the article that Joe Gibbs is taking this pretty hard. Will this force him to retire?
Anyway, best wishes to his two year old grandson.
At least we know he will have access to the best medical care in the world.

Unforunately, a two year old does not get mind over body.
This is horrible news and I hope that he gets the best treatment and can recover quickly.
The last thing that should be on Joe's mind is football or whether or not he will retire.

I join everyone else here in hoping this child makes a speedy and successful recovery. I have 4 kids, and I can't imagine the pain and worry the parents and grandparents are experiencing here.

Very sad news.
From my limited knowledge, I believe that if caught early enough, there is a good chance of recovery. The entire Gibbs family is in our thoughts and prayers.

I pray that God will guide the hands of the surgeons, will grant the doctors divine wisdom in order to treat Zachary, and that He would strangthen the coach and his family during this trying time.
I know Joe is a man of God, and his faith will pull him through.
Thanks for posting this guys. I will keep him in my prayers.
