- R&B/Rap
- Alternative Rock/Metal
- And when NOTHING else is on the radio then I resort to classical. It kind of calms me down.

bands like Dave Matthews Band, Stone Sour, Hinder, Welbilt, Agents of the Sun

Any classical music

zero country. almost zero rap.

look up the bands whose name you couldn't recognize. they are superb local performers.

My preferences almost in the same proportions are:

1. Jazz (addicted to Jazz at Lincoln Center -which is not at Lincoln Center- in NY);

2. Traditional folk music of the World (Celtic, Caribbean, Latin American, Flamenco, Asian -big cayegory- and European). Stan Rogers, a Canadian, is in somewhere in this category.

3. Classical (mainly European composers and players but I love to go to Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center -which is there- in NY).

But I can listen to almost anythyng if it is good, such as Scandinavian Rock (such as TV2) and -even- good old American and Canadian country. :shock:

well i guess i'll be the first to admit it...i like country. too many hot blondes like country music for me not to...and if they see you like it too, you're money...not to mention Kenny Chesney, Jimmy Buffet, and Hank Williams Jr. have some great drinking songs. the two things i love...drinking and hot blondes

i like everything though. i don't think there's one genre i don't like...mostly hip hop R&B and country though...some jack johnson, ben harper, dave matthews band and john mayer too

Depends on the day of the week. I'll listen to just about anything. As a drummer (in a past life) I played everything from jazz to classical to rock to hip hop. Heck, I even played in a bag pipe band and a band that chose songs from the 70's and 80's and arranged them to be played with only percussion instruments. There isn't much I won't listen to, other than Barbara Streisand and Bette Midler. :puke:

No rap (or whatever the latest name for it is), no disco, no grunge...and no Boy Bands.
Other than that, I'm pretty easy.

Rock, rock and roll, blues.

No country, no rap, no hip hop, and nothing that comes out of X Factor, Pap Idol or the rest.

Look, just because I live my whole life according to the Hoff's teachings, doesn't mean that I like his music. :)
