Give the Man Props... (Pasquarelli article)

I know a lot of people hate Lenny because he talks bad about the Redskins... I for one don't blame him at all... I love the Redskins because I'm on the inside and want them to do well, I can certainly see how an outsider sees our team as unorganized, undiciplined, expensive, and wastefull... but I digress.
Len Pasquarelli has written a very good article about the Skins decision to give the keys to Jason Campbell.

Give him his props folks.

Agreed,
Lenny the piggy wrote a nice piece there.

One poorly written piece peppered with complaints ("still waiting for an apology" ... are ya fat boy? Please, hold your breath) and back-handed compliments doesn't deserve any props whatsoever

Why is it that when someone from the media tells truth about what they see, it's a problem? I could care less for Fat Lenny but to poo-poo his article when he is telling us everything we have already said on this board, is ridiculous.... Oh, I forgot, the media around here is too nice to this team so when media outside of this area tells it like it is, it's a problem, my bad.....
This team: players, coaches, and management stink right now so instead of poo-poo'ing an article, focus on the fact that this team stinks right now at 3-6.
3-6 is all the proof you need......

this article doesn't deserve any props, he called out the fans of the Redskins in the opening of the article and also called out our owner. He doesn't deserve any praise and won't get any from me, i hope the rest of Skins' nation denies him kudos as well.

Are you kidding me. The first two sentences made me want to pee on him R Kelly style. Fat ass.

I do not and will not click on any link to anything written by this punk. Nothing he says deserves props, because you have to take all his work in context when you read any of it. Plus, clicking the link is a hit, whether you go cause you like his stuff or you go so you can see what crap he is spewing now.

TRO condemns Fat Len's article.

Yeah, I violated my own rule there and clicked on the link and I regret doing it because, aside from his total lack of subjectivity, he simply isn't a good writer and, on top of sucking, he doesn't write compelling content

Check and mate, as far as I'm concerned
I would read the article but I don't like frowning when I'm at work. . .

What are we supposed to give props to. That Fat Leny did what he normally does he reported what is already known and then took pot shots at our organization. While some of it was true, Mr. Snyders fear of the draft, this article was more about name calling. He still has yet to prove to me that he is anything more than the fat comic book guy from the simpsons.

Well said, flexi straw!
C'mon guys - this guy is a very special low life. There are a number of other no knowledge "media" locally as well but this guy is especially low.
Do us all favor and do not post stuff from this worthless site.

The Redskins' coaches and scouts fell in love with Campbell in the weeks preceding the '05 lottery, swapped three draft choices to Denver to net the Broncos' first-round pick with Campbell squarely in the crosshairs, then protested a little too much when yours truly outed their plan to select him.
Still waiting for the apology from The Daniel, and from a lot of media colleagues who publicly lambasted the reports the Redskins had made the trade with Denver specifically to take Campbell, on that one.
Boy, if that doesn't speak volumes about his motivations when writing about the Redskins, I don't know what does. If I were his editor, those paragraphs alone would raise a huge red flag that perhaps this writer is biased. Or, maybe that's what they're going for over there.

That's symptomatic of an attitude that is pervasive at ESPN, they do not see themselves as the standard bearer, they see themselves as the standard setters. They see themselves as worthy of emulation, it's a high-handed attitude that has driven fans away.

[M1:] "Oh no! Fatty McPasquarelli is coming.
We'll never get any studying done with him in the library."
[Heavy steps continue]
[M2:] "Oh god, he's taking the stairs!
That means he's going to be way out of breath!"
[Fatty McPasquarelli whining, try to catch breath]
[M1:] "Oh no, he's going to sit with us."
[Fatty: Annoying whining voice] "Hey fellas, studying for the big test?"
[M1:] "Uh, yes Fatty, we were."
[Fatty: Still trying to catch breath] "Great! I'll join ya."
[Fatty pulls out chair and falls into it, still whining horribly]
[M2:] "Hey Fatty, why don't you go to the bathroom 'till you catch your breath?"
[Fatty:] "No, no, I'm catching it!"
[Fatty continuing to whine and snort]
[M1:] "Ok, ok Fatty, but try to keep the wheezing level down, we're trying to concentrate."
[Fatty: Continuing to wheeze and whine louder] "Sure, no problem."
[M1:] "Oh man."
[Fatty: Still snorting and whining loudly]
"This test counts for eighty percent of our grade, you know."
[Whining continues even louder]
[M1:] "Yes Fatty, we know, we just said that."
[Wheezing continues a little softer]
[M2:] "Fatty! Please keep it down!"
[Fatty makes snoring/whining sounds]
[M2:] "Is he sleeping!?"
[M1:] "No, it's his deviated sceptum.
Seriously Fatty, keep the breathing down."
[Snoring stops, more weird noise starts]
[M2:] "Ahh geez Fatty, what's wrong with you!?"
[Fatty: Pausing, snorting] "I'm trying."
[Whining continues]
[M1:] "Fatty, you know what's going to happen!
Stop breathing so heavy! Please we gotta study!"
[Whining gets higher and higher until it's continuous]
[M2:] "Oh no, that one's going to do it!"
[Fire alarm sounding, fire trucks honking their horns, sirens reeling]
[M2:] "Fatty, the fire department thinks the fire alarm went off again!"

I actually want to hear from all the writers that put this team into the Superbowl just after all the free agent acquisitions. Did they choke on their crow?
Yes, Especially Stupid Points Noted Network is on a downward spiral in terms of proper sports reporting. They instead prefer to shout opinions back and forth at each other and call it Sports News. One of the biggest bigots over there in my mind is Ron "Jaw-Jacking" Jaworski. He blindly predicts the fecals as the best team in the NFL.
As for Lenny, I used to like his writing, but, this article is a complete defamation of the Redskins, and it’s a real shot to his creditability as a writer to post garbage like this, however, he is following the status quo of his employer.
