The deputy defense minister suggested Friday that Israel might be forced to launch a military strike against Iran's disputed nuclear program.

Here we go again. Israel is going to cry like a baby and say they are scared 'wah wah'. Then say the usual...(We are good, Iran is evil) Israel will stike first then blame everything on Iran and I'm sure they will somehow drag WWII into this as well.

I know that America will not allow Iran to possess nuclear weapons because this is a danger to the whole Western world.

Notice how he says Western world. Interesting. So I don't think they are afraid of nuclear weapons per se moreso the authority the West will lose if other nations are able to defend themselves from aggressors like Bush and Israel.

I thought that was Iraqs job. It keeps changing every week. I can't keep up with all these lies Israel is spreading. Israel has some serious issues man. It's like after the Holocust they think everyone is out to get them.

Israel crippled Iraq's atomic program 25 years ago with an airstrike on its unfinished nuclear reactor.

Oh great they have a history of attacking people. Somebody needs to smack them around and tell them they too have nuclear weapons. Israel is a joke and a hypocrite

Ummm it wouldn't surprise me at the least if Israel attacks. That is the kind of nation it is. They are state terrorism at its finest and I wouldn't deny I ever said that. Try to argue that pre-emptive strike isn't illegal and immoral and it will only make you look even more of an idiot.

I'm sorry isn't it the Iranian President who is stating that the state of Israel shoudl be wiped off the map?? And didn't Iran recently test missiles that can possibly hit Israel??

Given that Iran is also bankrolling Hezbollah and Hamas I'd say their fears are justified.

you don't think they are afraid of nuclear weapons? Geez...the Iranian regime is pursuing nukes and has a delivery system capable of deploying a nuke tipped missile. Some of their recent missiles are said to be able to reach Europe. You don't think that should concern...oh I don't know...Italy? France?

We almost went to war with the USSR in the 60's when Cuba had such missiles. I see much the same playing out here once Iran gets their nukes and arms their missiles.

Iraq is not a current threat to Israel. I think you're mixing your nations up. As for everyone out to get them. Please state all the Arab nations who are currently not in a "technical" state of war with Israel.

Israel has always maintained a state of aggresive behavior both verbally and phyically towards Iran. Israel is always insisted they will strike nuclear targets in Iran long before the Iranian President took office.

Hezbollah (yes) Hamas (no...Saddam did). Lets not talk about nations funding other nations. We already discussed the relationship between Israel and America.

Geez...the Israeli regime has nukes and has a delivery system capable of deploying a nuke tipped missile. Some of their recent missiles are said to be able to reach Europe. You don't think that should concern...oh I don't know...the entire Arab world? See I fixed it just a bit. It goes both ways. One is persuing it while the other HAS it.

I know why America and Israel are against it. They are afraid of losing world power and authority. It still doesn't make it right. Both nations are hypocrites when it comes to WMD. Therefore, I don't even bother listening to anyone who even tries to remotely suggest its ok for one nation to have it and not another.

Looks to me like only one nation is killing 3 times as many civilians as the other. Only one nation in the Arab region has nuclear weapons and constantly makes threats to use them against others. I'll leave it up to you do determine whom this nation is.
