While compressing old files...

...trying to get the old Dell to pick up the pace a little, I went to User Accounts by accident.
Saw a user on there that I'd never met. His name is ASP.NET
I googled it. I still have no idea what the hell it all means, but I have no idea how this program managed to finagle a user account for itself on my computer. His is a "limited account, password protected." Making himself right at home, it seems. :)
What gives? Should I delete the account?
