Just saw someone get shot...

I was riding home from school today on my bus, listening to music and not paying attention to anything. As we were stopping at one of the bus stops, a girl in the back started screaming. I looked back and saw her pointing out the window, and I followed her stare. Out in an unfenced yard were 3 guys. Two of them standing, one of them was on the ground bloody. The taller of the two men had a baseball bat and was about ready to smash it into his head again, when they realized a whole busload of kids were looking at them. As the bus driver radioed in the 911 call, the other man, who hadnt been doing anything, took a pistol out of his pocket and shot the guy in the head. At this point the whole bus was in shock and glued to the morbid scene. The two men got into a car and sped off. When I came home I was visibly shaken. I told her what I had just seen. Then my mom got scared, she said "You're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air." I whistled for a cab and when it came near, the license plate said "Fresh" and it had dice in the mirror. If anything I could say that this cab was rare but I thought "Nah, forget it, Yo homes, to Bel-Air!" I pulled up to the house about seven or eight and I yelled to the cabby, "Yo homes, smell ya later!" I looked at my kingdom, I was finally there, to sit on my throne as the prince of Bel-Air

Your Mom shouldn't have moved you, you should have called the cops and told them what you saw. Now you're out there with all the stars and poparazzi sooner or later you'll become a enemy of the state, lose your wife and kids until some other enemy helps you get your life back.

If you had only gone to the "man" and told him what you saw. The most that could have happened was they come after you, and you get shot in the arm. With the technolgy of today you get get your arm replaced. You'd go though life hating Robotsbut you'd still live in Philly and with the Eagles there hating is understandable

Why not just place him in a witness-protection program in the backwoods of Alabama?

We will find out soon whether we have a law enforcement poster or lurker in this site, won't we? Serious matter for sure.

The bus driver MUST have made a statement after the 911 call. Did you see anything in the newspapers? Check them out.

CLL,

Talk to somebody that can help you professionally, a counsellor or something, about this. It is no good to keep the experience without a more extensive feedback. I have seen worse and it can leave emotional scars and bring nightmares every once in a while.

I can't tell this is serious... because of the silly turn the post took at the end... I don't get it.

I'm fairly certain this is the speech from the pilot episode of "Fresh Prince". It was the backstory for why he had to move in with his aunt and uncle.
Old fogie RiC wouldn't know that...and I strongly suspect the other guy is too young to remember anything not on Nick at Night. :)

I guess whatever happens to any extra after the scene is shot. They get their comp and move on to the next mob scene.
Jesus, people. Pop culture reference, early 90's.
If Chrissy was traumatized in any way, it was probably the wooden acting skills.

Don't forget that if CLL does listen to his mom and move out to CA he might save us all from Aliens when they send spacecraft to blow up every major city. We'll need him to drive an alien ship into the mothership and upload a mid-90's DOS virus that will wreak havoc on a supremely advanced civilization.

I know that this way he'll be allied with The Man instead of taking him down, but we have to weigh the scenarios and pick what's best for the country.

I wonder what will happen to all the computers when the year 2000 arrives? Has anybody considered that?
I'm running out to buy a generator and a twelve month supply of dried foodstuffs to keep in my new underground lair.
They're not going to get me.

Don't fret, Poo. I think he meant 'thread', not "post". He's been working off his phone lately.
Chrissy's not like that. Pull your head out of the honey jar for a minute, will you? :)

This was the funniest post I've read in a while. I thought it was real up until the song came about. Good one.
