<~~~~~Former 3rd ID 3/4 Cavalry...our garrison in Schweinfurt Germany swapped units and we became 1st ID back in '96. I'm now a Naval Air Traffic Controller (E-6.) I want our brothers and sisters back...but am torn. I don't want their previous efforts to have no end result.

He got a B from IAVA, so at least he doesn't just pay lip service to supporting the troops, unlike my two Senators, Saxby Chambliss D- and Johnny Isakson F.

85% (or so) of the Iraqi people want us out of there. 65% (or so) of Americans want us out of there. End of story. Why are we still there? Politics. Yes, that's right, the reason each of these GIs are dead is because of this election.....

I don't hate the people who made these videos. If the tables were turned we (US citizens, and citizens of most every occupied nation for that matter) would be doing the very same thing. I hate why our soldiers are there and I hate why they are being kept there.

If you were to go to Iraq and ask every single one of those 140,000 troops what would be their one wish, I guarantee you a LARGE majority of them would say they want to go home.
The best way to support the troops is to wish that they would all come home. I support our troops.

The same congressman Carter represents my son (recently finished four year in the ARNG) and duaghter-in-law (six year in RA).
Very curious voting record.

As a soldier your job is to protect your country. Iraq was no threat to America therefore this war is unjust. As a soldier you have to be able to stand up as a man and walk away from a war you KNOW is wrong rather than go brainless and do as you are told.
Bush is not supreme law....God and his laws are what matters most.
