How about Andre Carter ?? He plays the whole game gets 1 sack , 0 tackles and 0 assists...... The team over spent for him !!! The whole defense needs a overhaul. They can't make a play. If the team loses next Sunday then its time for Jason Cambell, if he is our future lets see it !!! That will not help the defense but its time for some change .

I don't think we should wait until next week for Cambell. Get him in there against the Colts. All Brunell will do is hand to Portis and Betts and throw screens to Moss and Randle El - I think Jason could handle that.

Naw, I want to see another 5 games full of handoffs, dumpoffs, screen passes, and throwaways.

And so does Joe Gibbs, so I win.

And INTs! Brunell had 1, and got lucky on at least one other play which should've been one.

i don't think that Brunell deserves to be benched based on his play. With that said, I do think that the offense could be sparked by replacing Brunell with Campbell.

It's frustrating when guys like John Abraham and Darren Howard are terrorizing O Tackles and they were available. We could have re-signed Ryan Clark and invested in a quality D-Lineman...instead we downgraded at Safety...over paid Archuletta and overpaid Carter.

Wow.

Maybe this will keep Brunell off the field, let's hope.

Brunell had his toenail ripped off early in the second half and was limping badly on the sideline at one point, but he never missed a down. His play suffered, however. He was 11-for-14 in the first half and 5-for-16 in the second. He threw for 180 yards with one touchdown and one interception.

a ripped toenail will be just good enough to keep him out there and playing even worse than usual. he needs to get his whole leg ripped off or something. who knows though, gibbs might give him a peg leg and stick him back out there.

1 sack is 1 more than Freeney has this year...

hi, have fun beating us by 75 points next week. do us a favor and make sure our QB keeps looking horrendous, so gibbs will bench him. if you let him make a few big plays we might be stuck with him forever.

Your team is undefeated.....and beating the teams your supposed to beat (the redskins can now consider themselves one of those teams).

On a side note. Whats the point of have a Joe Gibbs press conference. He says the same BS in every one.

Hey Joe: I don't care if its "all of you together" and I really don't care if Mark "played courageously". Just do something man.

Carter needs to be moved to Outside backer. He sure is not making an impact at DE. Two weeks in a row giving up a hundred plus yards is herendous. We need some kind of new blood in there something any kind of spark.

It's time for Campbell to play NOW. I have had it with Brunell and the hard on Gibbs has for him. What is his deal? Does Mark realize he has other recievers other than Moss. No disrespect to Santana, but why, WHY is Brunell still throwing to him while he is double and even triple covered. That late 4th quarter INT was inexcusable. Dammit! Throw to Lloyd, ARE, Cooley. Spread it around. The Brunell experiment is over. It is time to put in Campbell. Heck, I'de even support putting in Collins.

Heck, let's give Randel-El a shot at QB. I don't think he could be worse than Brunell. I think some of the Skins cheerleaders from the 60's and 70's could play better than Brunell. It's Campbell time!

I don't want to say this, but I am beginning to think the Joe Gibbs experiment is a failure. Maybe Snyder can have the Front Office trade Brunell for a 5th or 6th round draft pick, or maybe even a physical trainer to be named later.

Mike Sellers had 2 tackels and Cooley had 1 tackel. I know Sellers' tackels came on special teams and Cooley's probably came on that horrible punt that Brunell threw to the entire Titans' secondary that was covering the only receiver that the Skins have. I know that the Skins have plenty of play makers, but the gut throwing the ball only has eyes for Moss. Brunell was outplayed by a rookie QB. Brunell should have had three passes intercepted: the deep pass (for Mark) to Moss that quacked as it fell 5 or 10 yards short and Moss turned into a DB and knocked it down, then you had that throw in the flat to Portis that should have been six for the Titans, and of course the give up throw ON FIRST DOWN with 1 minute to go. I think even Heath Shuler or Danny Woefull could have won that game. That is how bad Mark is playing!

the season is a total bust if brunell continues to play. Put Jason in NOW Joe, I don't care if Brunell took you to the hospital or not! Either way, this season is done with. Forget the playoffs, I'm hoping for .500
Jason will struggle, but I am willing to see a future player struggle rather than watching a "washed" up Brunell suffer. Brunell's days are over, Jason's days should start NOW.

I had a feeling you'd be the type of fan that actively wishes a player on your own team would get injured!!

Think of the Redskins as your family!! Would you want a family member to have his whole leg ripped off? You probably would!!!

Man's got a point. We shouldn't wish injury on anyone, especially our own team. I want Brunell out as much as anyone, but that's not the way I want it done, and if I've ever said that in the heat of the moment, I was wrong.

Well, we will see this week. I had a piece of one of my toenails ripped off and it was very painful and had me limping for a few weeks. Depending upon which toenail was ripped off, if it has anything to do with him planting and throwing, it's going to be extremely painful until it heals. This is Gibbs' chance to make a move.

I wouldn't even wish those things on an enemy. Especially in competition.

Gibbs has sent a gimpy Brunell in as the starter before, so there's no reason to think he won't do it again. I'd be shocked to see anyone but Brunell before the TB game, at least.
