I didn't realize the stats were so similar for these two teams. Should be an interesting game. I hope our guys step up like they did last week.

I think the Giants stats are deceiving based on the fact that in all of their games they've had to play catchup late in the game, and ultimately had to throw the ball a lot. Most of their points and receptions have come late in the game when they've been forced to throw. I think that any team that has to throw all the time, is gonna have inflated statistics that don't tell the true story of the teams success. I hope I'm correct on this one, but if there offense was as good as the stats say, I don't think they'd have all the problems that they supposedly have. Whereas with the Redskins, they've been competitive with all their games, with the exception of the Dallas game and even then, they didn't get totally blown out. I like our chances given our consistency vs their having to play catchup.

Also, with the Redskins letting the rest of the leauge know that Moss is a definite deep ball threat, the Giants might have to double up on Santana, which hopefully will free up the rest of the receiving threats that the Redskins have. I think Randle-El, lloyd, Cooley, Thrash, Patton and even Portis might see themselves getting a lot more opportunities as a result. I especially look for Lloyd to be the beneficiary of the Giants need to double up on Moss. Let's hope I'm right, cuz Lloyd is starting to get the ball a lot more and has the ability to get open deep.

Remember when the Skins won 5 straight last year? Well, this team now knows what it feels like to win....and I'm thinkin' we're in for another winning streak.

If they can win the next two, the Colts game should be awesome - win or lose.

Inactives Include :
A. Mongomery and D. Patten

TJ Duckket will be active today.

I think it was Yoder (the new TE) that was keeping TJ out of uni, anybody know his status?

Did Lavar really say that Joe Gibbs was the worst coach he ever had? I hadn't heard this before right now when it came out of Joe Buck's mouth.

ARE needs to learn how to hide those trick plays a little better than that.

That option play was kinda busted. The Skins have not been doing too well with the trickery. I think they just need to stick to the basics for a few more games. At least dont do it on 3&8.

Ok I'm out. Silly me I thought you guys could manage not to complain about every little thing. We had an awesome game last week and the first drive was an interception. Sometimes it takes a little while to get moving but we are not the only team in the NFL that does that.

I think it was designed to have him toss it back to Brunell. The problem came that the Giants sniffed it out and got too close too soon. They wanted to draw their interest and then toss it back to Brunell to throw it to an open guy.

Does anyone hear that faint crying sound?

Anyway, guys, seriously, we're not allowed to question the Redskins, we are only here to be cheerleaders, no active discussion. None.

Carlos has to catch that

Anyone else notice that against the Giants the Redskins can't tackle. But against other teams they can.

Carlos Rogers can not catch. And apparently no one can tackle.
