Jesse got his first real start last night for the Ticats and played a significant role in a Ticat win.

Jesse Lumsden, making his first CFL appearance, ended with 14 carries for 47 rushing yards and three receptions for 39 receiving yards.

----------------------------

On Hamilton’s next possession, Jesse Lumsden – making his first CFL appearance this season -- broke open a huge 35-yard play to take the Ticats to the opposition’s three-yard line with under a minute to go in the contest. After two unsuccessful tries at the end zone, Jamie Boreham trotted out to the field to kick a potential game-winning field goal. Boreham made no mistake on his fourth field goal of the night to put the Ticats ahead 20-17.

Believe it or not the Ti-cats are 2-0 since Jesse signed and in the playoff hunt. Thats why the CFL is awful 4-11 and in the playoff hunt.

Sorry man... we should never presume reading comprehension is a given...

Around the League
Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Redskin relevance
