i appreciate your frustration, but i don't think we can even make a guess as to whose number was called how many times, when brunell wasn't able to do get the ball to any of those players. for all we know, there were 10 plays designed to go deep to moss and 10 more designed for cooley but brunell either couldn't get the ball there or just chickened out and looked for a dump-off or something.

you make a good point... i really don't think i can imagine any other team that would even consider keeping brunell in there. yet we will probably be stuck with him for another couple months.
