If any of you guys watched the 2nd Monday Night game (however probably most of you didn't on the East Coast since it started at like 10 pm your time) it made me feel a lot better about our situation here in DC.

Meaning, let me just say this on behlaf of Roger Goodell:

"With the first pick of the 2007 NFL Draft, the Oakland Raiders select..."

The Raiders are garbage! I honestly have never seen a worse perfomance from any team in Sports. They are sooo bad, I can't even explain 1/2 of their crappiness.

And boy do I feel bad for Art Shell. The whole game ESPN just put the camera on Shell's face, and everytime his expression was the same: nothing.

I don't think that the Raiders are that bad overall. The problem with that can be summed up in 3 words.....Brooks and Walters. They simply do not have a legit NFL qb on their roster. Brooks is garbage and Walters isnt much better. If they had a decent qb they could be a decent team.

Seriously, what the heck where they smoking when they signed Brooks?!?! If you're not good enough to even be a back-up for the Saints, why would you even be considered as anyone else's starter!?!

Oakland better start scouting the college ranks soon, because they're going to have another very high pick.

In some of the sideline shots it looked as though Art Shell was thinking, I came back for this!!???

Did you even watch the game??!! Oakland has absolutely no pass protection for Aaron Brooks, and for that matter, any other quarterback. Sure, he doesn't have the best pocket presence and has plenty of weaknesses, but no quarterback could have performed well if they were sacked 7 times!!!!!

I personally think it will be "With the first pick in the 2007 NFL Draft...the Green Bay Packers select..."

Running the clock out on yourselves with no points at home??? ATROCIOUS!!!! But yeah the Raiders aren't far behind if not equal.

IMO, the Raiders will never get any better until Al Davis sells the team or dies.

I thought Oakland were robbed. They could easily have won.

If the Chargers had gone to the wrong stadium.

UK Skins fans -- too funny.

It reminded me of a comment Roy Wms (Detroit WR) made after losing 9-6 to Seattle..we could have scored 40 if....

Tell me how you could score 40 if -- you only scored 6??

Reminds me of Darryl Talley's comments during SB 26. He said that the Skins were not that good, and that they (Buffalo) just had to keep playing. I had to laugh because even if they were STILL playing there is no way they could have caught us.
