What is up with that score board blocking the screen.
I don't know why but that really bothers me.

I miss ABC and the old television lineup. It's not the same.

I guess it can't be much worse than Dennis Miller.

The Vikings might have the least talented skill position players in the NFL.
How are they going to score against our D in a hostile stadium?

The only interesting thing about this game, besides the 9,000 penalties andthe sloppy play, is Minnesota's backup QB Traveris Robinson, who CVille posted a picture of.
The guy is very mobile and pretty accurate. The commentators said he looked like another Mike Vick, which he does. He has the same build, same, scrambling ability, and same number. But there's a difference between the two. He can pass.

Whoa. Let's take it easy on this guy. It's the pre-season for one thing and he's playing with and against backups. He doesn't have the speed of Vick and I've seen him throw at least 2 bad passes that should've been picked off. He appears to have a lot of potential but I'm not comparing him to Mike Vick yet.

Backups or not, I've never heard of the guy and I'm impressed by his athletic ability so far.

He was a 1st day (I'm thinking 2nd round) pick from a small school.

Ugh... I turned it on, but then turned it off when I saw the Vikings hideous uni's.
What is up with NFL teams a new jerseys every season. I mean first the Falcons, Terrible. Then the Cardinals, Terrrible. Now the Vikings, Terrrrible.
Please Dan, don't EVER change the Skins unis for more profit
And what was up with Kornheiser's voice, was he sick or something.
And about the random Scoreboard in the middle of the Screen... what was ESPN thinking??? I mean recently ESPN has gone pretty wacky. They're trying to make everything all like Year 3000 and stuff but instead they're just making it stupid.

Who gives a rats assh about uniforms.
Unless it was pointed out to me I couldn't see a change.
All's I know is that Dallass' uniforms are going to have a lot of green on them this year.

RR may have a bit of brown after Santana Clause comes to visit.

... you mean don't ever change them
again right?
Well maybe that's unfair... lots of people look at the seventieth anniversary as the big one, so I'm sure it warranted the celebration.

I dont mind them going retro without ANY "new school" additions. I wasn't too heavy a fan of the 70th anniversary uni but its 100x better than the Vikings new uniforms.
I LOVE the helmet with the feather going down top of it. That helmet is sick!

Honestly Boss, you took the words out of my mouth. If Danny went to all that trouble for the 70th, whats he gonna do for the 75th? Are we going to play in a specially designed stadium that season? Are we going to field a team of legends that have played over the last 75 years?
Who cares about a 70th anniversary. If you're going to celebrate the 70th why not just do it every 5 years?
I hope we never permanently change our unis to a modern design a la the Vikings. Those unis were crap.

OMG I hated those 70th Anniversary uni's!
They were like Purple and Barf Gold

I never liked the new look gold pants, too metallic! They need to go back to the more yellow, cotton look.
