Madden fans

i have just been looking at the new madden ratings on ign.com and skins ratings are looking good with the exception of one that is looking great maybe too great....COOLEY is a 98 as a fb! i love cooley and he is one of my favorite skins but i dont know if he deserves a 98. of course they factor in his catching ability but a 98 is a little much...what do yall think?
