Nick Saban would rather do training camp than eat dinner with George Bush. That must be pretty sad for George Bush. Jason Taylor also would rather go to training camp than have dinner with the Prez.

I would have turned down the offer too, but only because I know what the consequences of throwing a punch at him (and landing it!
) would be.

Maybe he didn't like the fact that people are spelling his last name incorrectly!
If he could not make it because of other reasons that would be okay but if he did it for some political statement then he's really misguided, IMO
The President does not exactly make out the list of who goes to these things or who doesn't!
