Redskins update:

-Mark Brunell has been spotted throwing the football. Mark said that he's close to 100% He should be ready by camp.
-The Redskins lunch show will be held outside during training camp.
-Vinny and that guy from Skins.com are talking about the process of acquiring Llyod and how they spoke to his coaches etc.
-Vinny said we're only carrying 5 WRs.
1. Moss
2. Llyod
3. ARE
4. Patten - Vinny said David has been SPECTACULAR. He's looked great. He's healthy. He never asked for a trade to the Bears and if he did it would not have been allowed.
5. Thrash
GOOD BYE TAYLOR JACOBS! Vinny just let the cat out of the bag. Thrash and Patten would have to run backwards for the coaches to not pick them over Jacobs.
-This is freaking great, they're discussing the same stuff we post about.
-They just mentioned that horrible Philly paper that ranked us 17th. Vinny is being so politically correct, he needs to loosen up.
This is the best show so far imo.

It seems strange that they would say this with 12 WR's on roster. Can't be good for the morale of the other 7, even though it shouldn't be a surprise to them.

It might also ramp up the competition. I have no problem otherwise with the man confirming what we all know anyway.

When Vinny said this, he didn't actually list those receivers did he? I'm assuming he just said that we're only keeping 5 but didn't name them, right?

When Vinny said this, he didn't actually list those receivers did he? I'm assuming he just said that we're only keeping 5 but didn't name them, right?

3. ARE is a lock
4. Patten is a lock
5. Thrash IMO is a lock
Patten is have a SUPERB offseason and is said to be making it hard for the coaches to pick a legit #2 WR. (no pads yet)
Thrash is a special team phenom!

One of the 5 gives I listed would have to do one of the following to not make it...
1. Get injured
2. Perform differently with pads on
I pray the 1st doesn't happen.
The 2nd isn't going to happen.
