This NCAA 07 for the PSP. I learned my lesson last year about buying any product of theirs at launch (madden psp).

For those who can't/won't look at the link, this game has a FATAL flaw among many lesser flaws.

- Clinton Portis gets the ball
- Clinton spins off a bad tackle by Lavar 2 yards into the run
- Clinton proceeds to gain 20 more yards before being dragged down...

So, Clinton had a 22 yard run? NOPE! Clinton only had a 2 yard run.

THE RUN PLAY IS OVER AT 1ST CONTACT! No matter what you do, after one defender touches you with the tip of his piny the CPU calls the ball down right there, although you can physically keep running. Once you are down the ball is brought back to the initial point of contact.

Great job EA. Thanks for buying up the NFL rights so that us football fans have to endure you're half-***** efforts year in and year out. NFL2K* might have been an "inferior" game but AT LEAST WE COULD RUN THE FREAKING BALL!

EA has issued a "response" on their support page now

Question:
Why is my yardage incorrect when I run the ball?
Answer

Answer:
During running plays the ball will be spotted at point of first contact where the tackle is initiated. The ball will not be spotted where the player is ultimately taken down.

In other words they aren't fixing it.

I always knew that EA had a pass-bias to their game. This is unbelievable. I hope that the NCAA is aware of this rule change.

(What, didn't you know that EA bought the rights to rule changes a couple of years back?)

Are you kidding me... seriously.

I can't view the link because it doesn't work for me, but I believe you and that is fricken ridiculous.

But what is unexplainable is EA's Response.

Isn't that Reggie Bush on the cover? A running back! EA's response is crazy but, at the same time, not surprising.

The answer sounds like a further explanation of the question.
