No see what this sets up, is a double reverse to Randle El who could fake throw deep, then throw to Portis, who could then throw to Moss...

I cant wait for Madden 07...an improved Moss, Portis and Randle-El! The offense will be unstopable!! However, the D wont be as good as last year's w/o Lavar unfortunately...its hard to replace a 96 overall

No way. The more versitility you have, the more unpredictable you become, the easier it is to do some nasty stuff to opposing defenses. Give Portis a shot or three on a halfback option so you keep defenses honest while performing a sweep. Randel-el joining the fun and games makes WR reverses dangerous on two ends as well. No need to limit Sergent Gonnagetcha just because we signed Slash Jr.

Well considering the fact that he threw 2 times in 2005 and completed one for a 17 yd TD, it is not a magor part of the offense. I am sure that Randle El being signed will not cut into Clinton throwing 2 times all year. It will just depend upon if Saunders wants to call clinton's number for trick plays.

This is the link for his 2005 stats.
