Patriots sack McGinest in cap-cutting move

All-time postseason sack leader Willie McGinest has been sacked by the New England Patriots.


I've always liked this guy's tenacity -- could be a great signing to help mentor guys like Clemons and McCune...

Yeah, but he's more of a 3-4 LB and I'm sure either the Browns and Crennel will go after him, or he'll just re-sign with the Pats.

That's our new SOLB, a 1 year holdover until Bobby Carpenter or Manny Lawson is ready to go. :wink:
