Anyone know what this CBA flop is going to do to the rest of the NFC East?

What are the cap situations for the other teams? I suspect that Philly is probably handling it well. They had a good cap number even last year, but they do have to Eat T.O.'s contract. What about the Giants and Cowgirls?

As of Sunday night the Eagles were $16.7 million under the $94.5 million salary cap, according to the latest survey by ESPN.com. They will get added money when they release Terrell Owens -- a move that could happen as soon as today.

Well, I know 1 thing. If there is no CBA and no cap in 07 and beyond the NFC EAST is going to be a beast of a division. Because all the teams in our division are in BIG market cities. There is no other division like ours in any sport.

True but is there is no cap, they will realize that they will have to spend to compete with the rest. Phila can generate just as much as the Giants and cowboys. If this CBA doesn't happen this division will be in a spending machine.

Seems hard to believe they'd offer him the kind of money he's going to want. Just to start out with, i'm sure he wants to get back the 4mil, not to mention the extra 6.5mil he wanted on top of his already high salary.
