With free agency being extended, I'm sure the NFL will reach a deal now and we'll be able to pick up some free agents after all. The Seahawks just release Andre Dyson, he would make an excellent nickel to replace Walt. Whatcha think? Didn't we make a run at him last year?

He played for greg williams in Tenn...so if he's good and cheap, we may go for him. Isn't he really small though?

I would love for you to divuldge this information on how you are so sure it's gonna get done. Do you know anything else other then just a deadline extension which is generally just used as a bargaining chip? Just curious.
Dyson is 5'10 183 pounds. Pretty standard for a CB.
Just for comparison smoot is 5'11 174
Nathan Vasher: 5'10 180
Ricky mannning Jr 5'8 185
champ bailey : 6 ft 192
aaron glenn 5'9 185
ronde barber 5'10 183
Those are just a few upper echelon CB's who have similar size so size definelty isnt an issue. The two starting CB's on the pro bowl for the NFC roster were vasher and barber. Deangelo hall was the other CB on the roster who was bigger though.

Too bad you couldn't express your curiousity in a nicer way.
