So on draft day there are always some surprises so this Mock Draft is no worse than any other espeically since the combine and FA has not started yet.
What do you guys think of our 2 week long 1st round draft.

The only
huge surprise was Troy Bergeron going #15 to Atlanta.
Otherwise, it looks pretty good

Didn't Atlanta take a WR first round the last 2 years?
They would be pulling a Detroit.
edit:
Atlanta had 2 1st round picks in 2004.
Took DeAngelo Hall and then Jenkins.

Same with the Jags(although I think Moss would complement their other 2 1st round receivers well.)

Yeah the Atlanta pick was a head scratcher. He was the first WR taken too...I dunno about that one.

Boss asked for someone to pick the 20th pick -- the Chiefs selection.
I happened on the board and noticed his plea so I picked QB Jay Cutler.
With a good showing at the combine I can see him going to the Raiders, Bills, Cardinals, Browns, Ravens, Dolphins, Vikes (if they trade Culpepper) and believe it or not -- the Eagles -- all before the Chiefs have a shot at him at #20.
Would Reid think that McNabb ain't the guy or wants a solid backup? When McNabb went down this past year, Reid had NO one to come in.
I don't believe he will be around at #20. What do others think?

I agree but is Cutler a good fit for the Eagles offense?

I was hoping on a couple rounds. Is this how most Mock drafts are done? One round just asking cause this is my first mock draft.

Pretty much most mocks are one rounders, but there are many 1-3 rounders aswell.
Overall I didnt like the Troy Bergeron at #15 pick and I also agree that Jay Cutler would be gone earlier then the #20 pick but u never know. He could pull an Aaron Rodgers and sit there for hours.

At the rate it went, we wouldn't have finished 3 rounds till Halloween. Especially since no one knows about anybody except the people you hear about all the time.

Every one is talking like Marcus Vick will be around in the 6th or 7th round. Now BE HONEST...if he were on the board when we pick in the 7th round, Would you take him????
I would....he could be the next Brian Mitchell...or Antwan Randel El...I don't think he will be a QB, but his is crazy athletic

No. Basically, you're saying the only reason you would take him is because his name is Vick.
Seriously, what has he proven on the field... besides stepping on Elvis Dummervile's leg. He's not accurrate, and trully he's not really
that fast.
Now, what has he proven off the field. Well besides going to jail a few times, pulling a gun out at McDonalds, drinking/smoking under age...
But now, I'm sure Steve Spurrier would take him.

First of all I don't want him to play QB but he lead the ACC with a 144 Passer rating so I don't know why you think he's inaccurate.
what has he proven on the field
He's proven that he's athletically gifted. Even if not a QB in the NFL he's proven that he can be dangerous in space and be used all over the field and even throw the ball if necessary just like Brian Mitchell, Randel El who were QB's in college.
He's not accurrate
He completed 61 percent of his passes this year
and trully he's not really that fast.
Okay, you had a stop watch out there when he ran a 4.3....you must have clocked him around 4.6 or something, but the rest of the world had him and will have him when he runs at a fast time.
Secondly, he's running at the combine and we will see how fast he is really. He interviewed the other day and said that he didn't pull a gun and doesn't own a gun. He said the only thing he had was a cell phone, and the so called victim of that alleged crime is now in jail on an armed robbery charge and was accused of trying to extort him for money.
Dude seriously, in the 7th round you take him because 7th rounders rarely make your squad anyway, but his athletic ability is not questioned by anyone who pays even a little attention.

I am a die hard hokies fan, and even I am spoiled on him. I think Vick deserved to get a second chance, but he got it and ruined it. He's shown himself to have no character, as well as no/bad leadership. For those reasons, he will never be a good QB although I think he is extremely talented (worse athelte, but better QB than Micheal was entering the NFL). He does have amazing atheltic ablility, but he doesn't make people miss like his brother. He can be a ok WR (he played that some while Bryan Randel was the QB) or DB, but I don't think hedl fit Gibbs' mold. I'd pass on him, but I could understand it if we took him. I would expect someone like Oakland, Minnisota, Denver or Miami who have QB needs (or will in a yr or two... he's a project, not a developed player) and are know for taking chances with troublemakers to take him in the 5th-6th though.

I can't believe nobody picked Mangold.... Great player and ultra dedicated to the win. Not to mention I work with his dad......
