Looks like we will get two feet of snow from DC to Boston and beyond.

Enjoy a quiet Sunday, all.

Grrr.. stupid snow. I had to shovel my car out. I hate doing that. And I don't work tonight which takes away a few hours of pay.

On that note... happy snow day to the rest of ya's. :)

We have a single car garage and my mother didn't think to put her crappy cherokee infront of the line. I had to move her benz, my car and then jeep and rotate. Now Im at Shenias and just moved her mothers car out of the back down and down the alley.

Fun, fun, fun.

Yeah, Happy Snow Day.

Not like I would know though, I mean, down here in Southern Cali it's just plain Sunny and oh... 76 degrees

Snow kicks ass. Anyone who can't enjoy running around in the snow with the dogs is a farging pansy.

Yeah, good luck with all that freakin snow you guys up north. I live in sunny Florida, it's pretty cold here low 38 and high 55 but nothing like snow.

My pugs, Riggo and Sandy, love it! The snow is up to their belly so they're running in it like deer prancing in the wilderness. It's too cute.

We have learned not only to live with it but to enjoy it over here. I had two feet of snow standing on my driveway, which my snowblower devoured in 20 minutes early morning.

The rest: the steps, the corners and the difficult areas were still done by means of good old fashion shovel.

I live in Tampa and this morning I left the house around 7:30 and the yard and cars were iced, kinda strange to see in Florida. but now at 1:30 it's back to 60+ degrees and sunny. Tomorrow should be the same and then back to the usual warm temps.

I liked this snow storm. If this is all we gat this winter, it would be really nice. It wasn't tough to shovel, either. I loved it!!!

...and it's "break out the hot chocolate time" this weekend. Hit 0F (about -15C) in DC and NY last night. Must have been even colder in Boston and parts north.

Of course, that doesn't compare to Minneapolis, where it goes to -20F and stays for weeks at a time...and where people say, "Ah, but it's a dry cold...you should be in Duluth!"
