Here it is the Seahawks Vs Steelers!!!What Are your thoughts on the score?I'm picking the Steelers 27-17 over the hawks!!The steelers defense and offense are going to be too much for the hawks to overcome not playing at home!!

yeah the steelers will surely win...im saying 35-14 steelers

i think the seahawks are one of the weakest nfc teams to make it to the superbowl ever....

thats my two cents

I really feel sick to my stomach, that we are not in it and the seahawks are. I so strongly feel we have a better team. The difference is the bye week and the 2 home playoff games, that Seattle earned. Seattle was well rested from even the Greenbay game, in reality they had 2 weeks off before they played the Skins. Both us and Carolina had to fight to make the playoffs and also win a bunch of road games. We were both clearly beat up and tired of playing so hard these last few weeks and tired of the traveling every week. I know Seattle earned the bye week and the home field but if they had not had that nice record and limped into the playoffs like we did, we would have easily beat'em. For some reason Seattle seems like such a week team to represent the NFC.

Well I want the Steelers to win. Seattle will suffer the Superbowl loser's curse, which will knock them out of the way for one season. It will make it easier to get a first round bye.

Steelers should win this one; they are a better team, the offense, defense, special teams, are all working hard and doing a great job... and....they aren't playing in Seattle. That was the Seahawks big advantage. Won't have that in Detroit. There will be as many (if not more) Steelers Fans there.

It's about time that Bill Cowher won one of these things. And I've started hating the Seahawks.

Steelers win this easily. I think the over/under is 49 and I think the final score is more like 50-60 points. I think the Steelers will score around 40+ points and Seattle maybe 20!

We all know how close we came. I always felt that whoever won that game would be able to beat the Bears or Carolina. We are only going to be better next year. I think that any of the top four AFC teams could have won this Super Bowl but I am looking forward to being in the mix for the next one.

As we finish up this season it is again very apparent that there are about 10 decent teams with 6 of those on the AFC. I still think that the Colts are a bit ahead of everybody right now but it will be interesting to see how they handle this off-season with regards to James and Wayne in particular.

This Super Bowl sucks.

Steelers by 2 touchdowns.

You are rushing too fast to disqualify Seattle. Their OL and DL have been awsome. Steelers will win but this is not as a one-sided win as you seem to suggest.

Listen: This is a hognosticator that LOST not once but twice during the playoffs against them.

It is time he finally wins one, and this one will be easy too. They will dominate this game, Steelers by 2 touchdowns. So, the Bus will finally retire and he deserves a ring before he goes, he had a nice long career.

I'm gonna go ahead and picks the Sqwaks. Then, if they win, I'll have the p[eace of mind that we lost in the playoffs against this season's "best" NFL team.

I know what you're suggesting but the Seattle team does not look good to me. They are an okay group, but they do not match up on either line against the Steelers. The Steelers D will make these guys look horrible - I would be surprised if Alexander gets close to 100 and they have no receivers that are going to get anything through the air against that secondary. I do not see the Seattle D stopping this offense either!
The Steelers wil stop scoring when they want to!

And now that you know who has signed on to the C'hawks wagon - well, I rest my case!

While we're on it, the safety position is becoming increasingly important on D and this kid Polamalu is a very good player.

Steelers. The most complete team in the NFL.

The Seahawks, missing their 12th (and apparently their favorite) player, will fall to the Steelers.

Like other people have mentioned in this thread, the Seahawks seem to be making some enemies this year, especially in the playoffs. I know that their fans and Matt Hasselback alone have converted more than a few on this board (myself included) from neutral well-wishers into haters.

The sqwawks only faced 1 team that uses the 3-4 D and that was Dallas. For almost the whole game they managed to get 3 points! In the last minute the stupid pukes allowed 10 points, (these guys are good at this!) and the sqwawks got the win with 13-10. They will need a lot more than that against a much better offense. I saw this game and while this is a good team I do not think they will match up with the Steelers D.

Unfortunately, the Steelers still have Cowher as their coach, and he seems to choke at the worst times. Anyone remember the SB game versus the Pukes?

Holmgren has gotten it done, and his team is being written off already.

Plus, 2 weeks of listening to the same disrespect will have the SQWAKS fired up. Keep in mind, the Stillers were one Ben Rothlisberger (sp?) missed tackle away from watching the SB on Jerome Bettis' retirement pad in pomapno Beach. Meanwhile, the SQWAKS held serve and held two of the better teams in the NFC to very little offense. My 2 cents

I'm pretty confident the steelers will take this game. But I have this strange feeling that seattle could go in there very pumped up and shock the steelers, especially in the first half. Just like how everyone was picking the rams, and New england went in their and they were up 17-3 a halftime. I'm confident in the steelers but I have a bad feeling about this game.
