bad calls happen in every game. there is no conspiracy against the skins. just look at the colts/steelers game and some of the calls that were made in that game like the polomalu int that was overturned. missed calls are simply part of the game.

Yeah, if you thought our game was host to poor officiating, check out the Colts/Steelers game.

I think they "let them play" in the playoffs. The call that made me mad was on the Hassleback TD run I thought Clemons was held bigtime!!

Regardless of the calls we didn't deserve to win that game. I say that because inspite of the calls we still could have won it.
We lost because of:
a possible INT returned for a TD.
#2, 3 and 4 WRs who contributed nothing to the game.
Ray Browns injury.
A running game that couldn't get going.
We had our chances and didn't capitalize.

Not blaming the game on the calls or lack there of. We should have won the game but didn't - whatever the reasons

I think we lost the game because our offense sputtered in the RedZone. We got the opportunities but just couldn't punch it in.
I am not a coach, but coming into the game Seattle was ranked pretty mediocre in overall defense. However, they were #5 in rush defense. But out game plan was to play into their strength by running the ball alot.
That didn't work and when we went to the pass, even though they expected it, they couldn't stop it. Maybe our gameplan was a bit ambitious on offense. I understand that we are a run-first team, but maybe we should have set up the run with the pass instead of vice versa, since a) Seattle knew we wanted to run it and b) their pass defense is terrible.
Once we become the dominant team that Gibbs wants, then we can dictate on Offense, but right now offensively we are not good enough to run our plays regardless of the Defense, we have to keep them guessing.

after the first few plays by seattle's offense, i noted not one seahawk OL holding, but at least 2 OL blatantly holding our DL the likes of which i haven't seen. when i saw that, i came to the conclusion that the refs were sending a message to seattle's OL that they can hold to their hearts content without a worry of being penalized. if you don't believe me, go back and check the game. not one penalty against seattle's OL for holding was called. i also liked the way the refs threw an intentional grounding penalty against brunell 5 minutes after the play was over. this is the first time i've seen a flag thrown this late after the play was over.
that being said, the loss was still our fault. brunell lost his confidence ever since his knee injury during the giants game in december. we need to work on ramsey and prepare jason cambell.

There were a few bad calls, as mentioned but we just didn't make the plays when needed. We got ina hole and had to play catch up, very hard to do in the playoffs. That is what happened to the Bucs too, also the Colts. You cannot get n a hole in the playoffs.

They didn't get caught until Sunday night when Locklear grabbed his girlfriend
