of hearing about how our offense looked saturday.i mean the point is winning in the playsoffs not looks.imean give us some damn credit.if the hawks think we are going to have 120 yards offense against them or there fans think that, they are sadly mistaken.it just seems to me week in and week out we are criticized for something and we go out and prove them wrong.i dont care if we have 120 yards this week as long as we win.watch out for a gibbs game plan this week on offense.and by the way i just read where springs said this is the best he has felt in 4 weeks and will be ready.cant wait for saturday.

Why? This is perfect. Hopefully, the Seattle players will believe it.

Im pretty sick and tired of hearing about Sean Taylor being ejected and the spitting incident. I drive for a living and all I have heard on every XM sports talk station is what a thug Taylor is. The only XM station to tell the truth and talk about what an ass-clown Mike Kerry (the ref) is, is Fox Sports. They Cszaban* and the other guys on that show are the only ones who take up in Sean Taylors defense saying that in NO WAY did ST spit.
I personally do not even think that the league can do anything to Taylor especially since there is no video evidence of anything happening except Michael Pittman (a 3 time assault offended and steroid abusing meat-head) hitting ST's helmet. The whole situation is assanine and I hope Mike Kerry is banned from Officiating Redskins games (if you notice on the Brown punt return fumble that there are no Bucs players around when the skins recover but yet the ref on the sideline is hysterically jumping up and down pointing 'BUCS BALL')
The NFL needs to repremand its officials after games just like they repremand players IMO.

This is something that has to be pounded into the head of the players and coach Joe Gibbs that this is the playoffs, win or go home. You have to leave it all on the field, sitting on leads will get you beat this time of year.

I could care less what the media is saying about the Skins' offense. As far as I'm concerned, our offense can suck week in and week out....just so long as our defense comes to play. If this team continues to win the next 3 games with a sucky offense, they can call us everything they want . . . but they'll also have to call us SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONS!

What these idiots fail to realize is that we scored over 30 pts in 3 of our last 4 games prior to Saturday.
Second, the first time we played Tampa we put up 389 yards and 35 pts...and lost. I'll take 120 and a win anyday.
The media is stupid. Just like putting up 389 yrds last time didn't guarantee another big day, putting up 120 doesnt mean we will falter on offense next week.
Its a whole new ball game.

I'm with you guys. I might be sick of hearing about it, but I'm glad as hell that we will come into Seattle massive underdogs.

Everyone picked the Baltimore Ravens to loose every game their year and the Bucs were picked to loose too...remember all that Oakland is high powered crap...Defense wins playoff games, not fancy offense.

I was also very upset at the call but I think the official was saying "white ball, white ball", and pointed the wrong way! There were only Redskins on the ball and the guy just forgot what direction, IMO.
I totally agree about the NFL holding these guys more accountable though. I think the NFL has got to start considering paying these guys full time. We have had a number of very bad calls this year, this is a billion dollar industry, we need full time officials!
To get back on topic tho - the talking heads just want to make as much noise as they can! They throw everything at the wall and see what gets the most attention!
We went to Tampa and did what we had to do! It's like golf - the scorecard does not ask for a "story" it just has room for a number. In this case, a "W" and you play again, Tampa guys can go play golf and make up stories to fit in the little boxes!

Did anyone care about the ravens atrocious offense when they won the super bowl? We were playing the #1 defense in the league AND we had a off day. It won't happen again. We are far better than that.

You have to keep in mind that the sports analyst have to talk abotu something to keep collecting thier checks. So what if they have some bad things to say. We won!! After all we were picked by tjhose same analyst's to be 3rd in the division not the last one standing.

Actually I like it.
Frankly, I used to care what the media thought about of us, but now I like it when they bag on us.
No matter what they say, it won't effect how we play as a team, actually the only thing it can do is motivate the team, and so when ESPN talks about how bad we are on offense, well when we win not only do we look good, but they look like morons.
Come on Lenny, tell us how much we suck.

I'm sick of hearing about it also, but im actually very pleased that we can go on the road in the playoffs and beat a division winning team while playing no where near our potential! If we can win even on a VERY off day.. thats a sign of a good team getting better and learnig how to win, however we have to!

I love it, all this negative crap about our offense and we stand no chance and even vegas making us a 10 pt. Dog, will only help us, seriously! It will make Seattle overlook us, like they allready have the win. Our D WILL keep us in the game, I see Seattle scoring 17-24 pts We can easily score 30+ on there D. We scored over a 100 pts the last three regular season games and all those teams have a better D then Seattle IMO. Our offense struggled in one game and according to the media all of the suddan we have ZERO offense, and don't forget Tampa had the #1 D in the league. They will all be shocked by our performance come Saturday. Gibbs will lead them to victory!!!!!!

To come out of the game with a win should have more Talking heads talking about how we won with such low output.
OH I forgot then they'd have to mention that we were facing the No.1 defense in the NFL and though our defense gave up more yards, it put up points, shut down the offensive rookie of the year, won the game as underdogs, won the turnover battle.
