It's nice to see Pat Kirwin notice what most of us did a few weeks back. The "Dirtbags" are beginning to gel and at times are down right demolishing people.

Regardless of what happens in the playoffs, this unit will be dominant next year.

I like the post. I did not know that there were questions about Bugels coaching ability though. I thought he went to arizona for a few years and then somewhere after that. So he has seen "the change" in the nfl.

I think he is referring to pundits who made comments regarding the offensive line play until the second half of this year. I guess they thought Buges can fix technique problems and implement new blocking schemes (which btw, have changed even from the beginning of this season) over night.

Pat Kirwin has said a lot of good things about the skins on Sirius NFL Radio too.

Now that is a very good observation/fact - and I totally agree. Also because they (Buges & the coaches) needed to adapt as they learned what schemes worked better with the players we have!

I think we are going to be good on this line next year also, I just have a question about the depth. I have not seen the progress of the back-ups as closely as you guys (BH & DEHog) but I am (perhaps unwarranted) a little concerned about the depth on this line.

I hope that next year we have a defensive line as dominant as our offensive group are. Don't get me wrong here, I think our D line is doing a good job I just would like to be more consistent with the front 4 pressing the QB!
