Hey didn't these guys leave because they were" sick of losing" and wanted to go to "winning" teams?........... Well, im so glad both of those guys are popping the champagne tonight in celebration of a playoff berth for their teams

That being said, I'd LOVE to have Smoot right about now. Harris is killing us.

Hell yeah, im REALLY wanting smoot back right now. Think about it, its a real possibility. Hes a home grown fan favorite, who is now doing NOTHING for the vikings. He could come back and flourish in a 2nd/3rd string role.We could even move Springs to safety as he ages, Springs has already said he is fine with that.

Harris was never meant to be Smoots replacement so Im not expecting Smoot calibur play from him.

For those of you wanting Smoot back you must not have been watching him get burnt all year long, when he wasn't injured. Im personally tired of seeing all the negativity against our defense. How can you all expect these guys to play so well when they're missing a vital component to pass defense play? Smoot has a better pass rush than us in Minny and he still got mopped.

Rogers was Smoots replacement and he more than filled Smoots shoes in his rookie year. I said it last year that it was my opinion that Smoot had peaked in his growth. He hasn't proven me wrong yet. Sure it'd be nice to have a healthy smoot but who says he'd be healthy and not on IR if we had kept him?

Stop looking on the other side for greener grass.

I'd take him if he would accept a third of what he's currently paid.

I've been thinking the same thing about Smoot and Coles. I wouldn't take either of them back personally. I really hate it, though, that Chump's team is doing so well.

Only way to beat Champ in the playoffs is to go to Detroit, and hope Denver does. Hmm... I seem to recall a Denver-Washington match-up in a Super Bowl once before, and I remember enjoying the last 3 quarters of the game!

Smoot will be watching the Bucs game from a cruiseship.

The Vikings have to come here next year. It will be interesting to see the fans reaction.

Getting smoot back again would just mean him trying to cover steve smith again next year when we play them. No thanks..
