Thanks to the Chicago Bears beating the Atlanta Falcons 16-3, the Washington Redskins now occupie the sixth and final NFC playoff spot. That's right, if the season ended tonight, the Skins would be headed to the postseason...
Obviously a loss next week, or to end the year in Philly would change eveything, but man is it nice to be in control of our own destiny....
If you take nothing else out of any of this post, here this now!!!!
IF THE REDSKINS WIN THEIR NEXT TWO GAMES... NO QUESTIONS ASKED, THEY GO TO THE PLAYOFFS... END OF STORY...

All we have to do is win 2 very big games and we're IN.
That would be soo sweet to clinch a playoff berth with a week to go.
DAL and ATL play their games at 1pm sametime as the Skins so I'll be watching that and Lord willing we come out of all that clean that'll set up a great night game to watch (Baltimore and Minnesota)
Our players handled buisness today and I expect nothing less on Saturday, what a huge win that'll be. And I think Tampa will beat Atl at home and Car certainly should pounce the cowpies since we more than softened them up, which leads me back to this Baltimore game that if it all pans out I might end up watching every snap of becoming more of a Raven fan than any Skins Fan should ever, but we played those cats in the preseason and they we're pretty dog gone physical so I'd have to pick them at home against Minny.

I got what I wanted. We swept Dallas.
Anything after that is extra icing on the cake.
