Why Tuna?

Why do they call that Coach in Texas "Tuna"? Does anyone know? I have always wondered where and how he got that name. Never really cared all that much, but I figured this would be a good week to get an answer......

excuse the crudeness....but I thought it was because he smelt like the unkept body part he represents
