I wonder how he would act in the pro bowl. I can't seem him taking it easy on people. I'd bet that he'd go out there trying to nail someone.

he has really picked it up in the past month or so but i thought he was a major disappointment in the first half of the season. also, he gave up a few big plays by taking terrible angles in the cards game. he is always looking to make the big play, even when it's like 3rd and 7 and all he has to do is make the easy stop before the 1st down marker.

obviously though overall he is a star and is only going to keep getting better, and i'm thrilled to have him on the team.

I agree that a lot of his issues have been self inflicted. I tend to disagree with the hate on the 2ndary due to the fact that we have no pass rush. Anyone who believes they work in sole independece of each other knows nothing about football. However, Sean likes to whiff on tackles and at times too bad angles. Thats all part of his growth and maturity. Gregg said that he wanted Sean as a rookie and Carlos to adapt to the speed of the NFL. Remeber Carlos getting burnt in the preseason? Remeber that happening recently? Nope. Sean hasn't got burnt like that from wut I can remeber, he seems to still not respect the speed of other players. Hopefully he catches on.

Yes can we please not bite on the flea flicker Sunday they will certainly try it along with reverses and swing passes, I seem to recall the first game we played them they had alot of delayed swing passes to RB's and TEWitten.

Sean Taylor is one of our greatest assets/hitters. Pro Bowl I don't know let's wait and see.

From the Washington Post today....

Free safety Sean Taylor has for the past 3 1/2 months been playing with a low-grade separation of his shoulder, suffered in the first game of the season. "Whether you call it a low-grade separation or a contusion, he practiced every day. He won't get treatment for it. He blocks out pain. He plays through it," assistant head coach-defense Gregg Williams said. "It's a testament to his toughness as a football player."

I am having vivid hallucinations of that very same thing.
You know it's coming, don't you ?
Hope ST does, too. Tuna wants this one badly.

without a doubt and they even threw it last week against the chiefs.

We need to get pressure on bledsoe and not even allow the ball to leave his hands

Yeah one thing I did notice is Seans aggresiveness tends to bite on some of the Qbs pump fakes a little more discipline will make him alot better than he already is.

You could make an argument for any number of FS and SS's in the league, like Polamalu or whatever that long-haired Tasmanian Devil's name is...but I wouldn't trade Sean either.
Too much upside.
Hope he can still vote next year.

Polamalu is the only other safety that I think comes close to Taylors athletic ability. Oh oops almost forgot about that Ed Reed fella.
