The Giants look like they'll be without Middle Linebacker Antonio Pierce

And two of the starting Offensive linemen. At least Philly did something right.

the giants and pukes game were so annoying today! We had a chance to see both these teams lose...
oh well... next Sunday is the test.

YEah...it was weird how they both pulled off unlikely wins in tight games...but doesn't really matter.

As long as we take care of our business, everything else will sort itself out.

The Giants have to lose another game and we have to win out.

I know! :? But all we can control is the "winning out part" ya dig? We just need to worry about winnning and let the other teams beat each other around.

Totally agree!
We can only control what we do on the field. We better see a better effort this week against the pukes.

We'll pull it together starting Sunday, trust me. This team hasn't felt this type of pressure before, we're usually thinking about FA but we're fighting to stay alive. This is where we'll see the difference between a Gibbs team and a Norv, Marrty and Steve team.

PIERCE LOST FOR THE YEAR?!?!?!?

NFC EAST
The Giants are leading the division, but things are looking grim. Basically lucky with injuries all year, the jinx caught up to them last weekend. MLB Antonio Pierce is lost for the year and the offensive and defensive lines are banged up. Eli Manning has come up with a case of the wild-high's, reminding us of the old joke: Why would you want to send him to Cuba? Because he could overthrow Fidel.

Does Z know something we dont?

More evidence!

Giants middle linebacker Antonio Pierce, who suffered a high ankle sprain in last week's victory over the Philadelphia Eagles and who did not practice all week, will not play in the Saturday matchup against the Chiefs. And there are concerns, as Pierce continues to wear a walking boot on his right foot, that the Giants' leading tackler could be sidelined for the rest of the regular season.

This could prove devastating to the Giants. The MLB is the QB of the defense. This will surely help the Chiefs and may help us also. Especially with our running game getting hot.

They love Pierce over here. They really do. They act as if they drafted him.
It's a big loss to the NYG, to be sure.
I don't hate on Pierce for leaving. I don't even really blame him. Hope he's up and around real soon, say... three-four weeks ? :)
