What a great, funny, and courageous man. I have always enjoyed his movies, and his stand-up was just so original and funny and honest.

Thanks. RIP

WPGC was playing a lot of his stuff this morning. It was funny, even with a beep every 2-3 words.

The great man himself said it best: "I had some great things and I had some bad things. The best and the worst... In other words, I had a life."

RIP - I hope he's at peace now... he suffered a long time. What a brilliant comedian in his prime!

I have fond memories of both "Moving" and "See no Evil, Hear No Evil". Thanks for your contributions, Mr. Pryor.

One of his best lines in a movie was to another guy:

Have you had the black experience?

He broke down barriers for others. RIP
