BCS perdictions.

Who do you all think is going to win.
Texas vs. USC
I am going with USC because there battle tested and how can they stop USC's running game.
WvU vs. Georgia
Georgia, tough confrence and I love DJ Schokely.
PSU vs. FSU
I am going with PSU, because I love how Paterno over came the myth that he can't coach anymore and I love the Freshman reciever.
ND vs. Ohio State
ND, Brady Quinn, and Charlie Weiss has a month to prepare for Ohio State. Get out your scaple because ND is going to disect this D.

I agree with all your predictions except Texas USC.
A great defense will beat a great offense.
And does USC have a defense.
What decent team have they played besides ND?

Oh yeah UH.
UCLA, Ranked team, Oregon 6th in the nation, with UCLA they say that they have no D, but remember they shut down UCLA's O. That is not easy. In College football defense does not win championships, because there is little blitzing. Look at Virgina Tech they had a great D and couldn't do anything against FSU. Why do you think Spurrier is so succesful in college and not in the pro's. Defense isn't as important in college as in the pro's. It's a diffrent game and USC is battle tested and Texas is not. Stats could be misleading too because USC gets a quick lead and teams start passing on them all the time and USC never runs out the clock. So teams have a lot of shots against USC D. Remeber stats are very misleading.

Totally agree - "stats" can be used in any manner of ways to "prove" whatever point you want to make!!!
USC, Georgia, FSU and Ohio State. It is almost criminal to have ND there instead of the Ducks!

USC will win because in college offense wins Championships and defense wins games.

If USC's D was garbage they still have Reggie Bush who can and will score from anywhere on the field. If not for him, my pick would be Texas.
I believe ND wins b/c they're a more balanced team than Ohio State and Weis' game planning as one of you mentioned above.
FSU is way too inconsistent. They play a ton of freshmen. IMO, their only chance of winning is if the media dogs them incessantly on national tv to get their panties in a bunch like they were for the Va Tech game.
WV doesn't belong in the BCS. Period. I was rooting for Southern Florida to make a run at the Big East crown but they nutted up against UConn.

You must surely be joking right? One defeat all season and that was VT. They have played and beaten good teams this year, their D is in the top 10 of college football and they are the 5th best rushing team in the country.
Southern FL? You think they belong and WV doesn't?
